Cassandra Cotton is a recent retiree -working for 30 years at the Nathan Adelson Hospice. Cassandra is the CO- founder of the NEBA L WRIGHT foundation named after her daughter , through the foundation, Cassandra provides free counseling for anyone has suffered a loss . Cassandra currently provides therapy for individualare suffering mental illness at Great Mind Counseling and Wellness Center as well as see clients through her private practice.
Cassandra most recently received the Vegas INC Cultural Advocate of The Year Angel Award-from Greenspun Media, was a recipient of the KLAS-TV 8 “Portraits of Pride, received the Diversity in Action Award as Founder of the Multicultural Luncheon which is presently in its 19yr. Cassandra most recently had an award name- The Cassandra Cotton Diversity in Action Award , Cassandra is the co-founder of the Nevada Multicultural End-of-Life Care Coalition , Past Chair for The Nevada Office of Minority Health and Equity, Past Board President for the Nevada Donor Network, Served LUCES, Community Partner for Better Health, Woman’s Chamber and the Children Hospice Palliative Care Coalition to name a few. Cassandra has received several senatorial mentions. Cassandra was born in Monroe, Louisiana, Cassandra Cotton is the proud mother of two children and is an active grandmother to 4 grandchildren. Cassandra accepted her calling to ministry and works diligently in that area.
